补肾益肝活血胶囊对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的影响

目的观察补肾益肝活血胶囊对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的影响。方法6月龄大鼠随机分为假手术组(N)、模型组(O)、模型 尼尔雌醇处理组(O E)、模型 补肾益肝活血胶囊处理组(O M)。治疗90d后，测定尿脱氧吡啶啉／肌酐比率(urinary deoxypyridinotine crosstink／crertinine，udpd／cr)，血Ca、palp、尿Ca／Cr等生化指标，观测股骨近端骨密度、组织形态学变化情况。结果模型 补肾益肝活血胶囊处理组(O M)骨密度增加，尿脱氧吡啶啉／肌酐比率显著下降，血钙、血磷显著增高，碱性磷酸酶下降。结论补肾益肝活血胶囊不仅能抑制骨吸收，还能促进骨形成，具有较好的防治骨质疏松作用。

Effect of Bushenyiganhuoxue capsule on osteoposis of off-ovary rats

Objective To observe the effect of Bushenyiganhuoxue capsule on osteoporosis of off-ovary rats.Methods Six-month rats were divided randomly into four groups:pseudo-operation group(N),model group(O),model-and-nylestriol group(O+E) and model-and-Bushenyiganhuoxue capsule group(O+M).90 days later,urinary dexoxypyridinotine scorrtink/crertin-ine(udpd/Cr)ratio,plasma Ca palp and urinary Ca/Cr were detected.Meanwhile we observed osteodensity of thighbone and tectolgy changing.Results In group (O+M),osteodensity increased and udpd/Cr de-creased markedly,with increased plasma Ca plasma P,and decreased alkaline phosphatase.Conclusion Bushenyiganhuoxue capsule can not only restrain osteo-absorption,but also accelerate osteogenesis,it a preferable action of preventing osteoporosis.
