2002年武汉市蔡甸区部分15岁以上居民糖尿病患病情况调查

目的]了解蔡甸区居民糖尿病患病情况及其影响因素。方法]2002年用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法，抽取武汉市蔡甸区3个街、6个村的部分15岁以上居民进行调查。结果]调查356人，糖尿病患病率为2．81％。糖尿病患病率，城区居民为7．34％，农村居民为0．81％（P〈0．01）；15-49岁与50岁以上者分别为1．79％、4．55％，体重指数18．5～24．9、25-29者分别为2．75％、4．41％，血清总胆固醇升高者与正常者分别为1／5、2．56％（P〉0．05）。结论]蔡甸区15岁以上居民糖尿病患病率较高，由于样本量较小，尚不能得到其发病规律。

Investigation on Diabetes in Residents over 15 Years Old in Caidian District of Wuhan City in 2002

Objective]To understand the morbidity of diabetes in Caidian district and its causes.Methods]Investigation was conducted in residents over 15 from 6 villages and 3 street district with multiplestage stratified chester random sampling method in Wuhan in 2002.Results]Of the 356 people investigated,the morbidity rate of the disease was 2.81%.The residents living in urban district accounted for 7.34%,while the people living in rural areas accounted for 0.81%(P<0.01).The people at the age from 15 to 49 and over 50 accounted for 1.79%,4.55% respectively.While the people with the body weight index of 18.5-24.9 and 25-29 accounted for 2.75%,4.41% respectively.The people with high serum total cholesterol accounted for 20%,the people with normal serum total cholesterol accounted for 2.56%(P>0.05).Conclusion]The morbidity rate of the disease in Caidian district was high,the pathologic mechanism is not clear because of the small number of the people investigated.
