摘    要:2010年5月3日出版的《临床研究杂志》(J Clin Invest)刊载了一篇关于心力衰竭的研究论文,题为"心肌胰岛素信号通路的过度激活加重了压力负荷导致的心脏功能障碍"。因该义与我们目前从事的研究密切相关,我们课题组对该论文进行了深入讨论,对作者关于胰岛素及其信号通路与心肌肥厚的关系提出了质疑,所撰写的两篇Letter干2010年年5月4日和5月5日相继在《J Clin Invest》官方网站上刊登。随后该文作者之一美国犹他大学Abel教授专程来访我校,就相关问题与我们进行了面对面的探讨,并促成了双方合作。

Abstract:We read with great interest a research paper entitled"Excessive cardiac insulin signaling exacerbates systolic dysfunction induced by pressure overload in rodents"published in the"JI Clin Invest"on May 3,2010.We had an intensive discussion on the role of insulin signaling in the development of hypertensive heart failure at our lab meeting.We challenged the authors' some points about the relationship between insulin signaling and cardiac hypertrophy and submitted our comments to the editor of"J Clin Invest".Our two e-lcttcrs were published successively on the website of"J Clin Invest"on May 4 and 5.2010.Afterwards one of the authors Professor Abel from the University of Utah School of Medicine came to our university,and then we had a face-to-face discussion on relevant issues and built our cooperation.
