不全面的儿童脑卒中预后因素分析

2009年12月出版的《柳叶刀神经病学》（Lancet Neurol）杂志刊载了一篇多中心观察性队列研究，题目为“急性儿童动脉缺血性脑卒中相关的抗血栓治疗、效果及预后因素”。作者从病因、治疗和预后三个方面，对所收集的病例进行了详细的分析．并得出与早期预后不良相关的预后因素。然而．文中所得出的预后因素中并未提及诊断延迟和高血压。而事实上，这两个因素对预后起着重要的作用。针对这一问题，我们提出了不同见解，并得到作者认可。所撰写的Correspondence于2010年2月发表在《Lancet Neurol》杂志上。

Interpretation of incomplete prognostic factors of childhood-onset stroke

A multicentre, obversational, cohort study entitled ＂Antithrombotic treatments, outcomes, and prognostic factors in acute childhood-onset arterial ischaemic stroke＂ was published in ＂Lancet Neurol＂ on December, 2009. Authors of this article analyzed the pathogenesis, treatments and prognosis of acute childhood- onset arterial ischaemic stroke and concluded a series of prognostic factors for early adverse outcomes. But, delay of diagnosis and hypertension were not included in these prognostic factors. In the matter of fact, both delay of diagnosis and hypertension play causal roles in prognosis. Thus, we raised some different points on the selection of prognostic factors. Our suggestions were accepted by the authors and the correspondence we wrote was published in ＂Lancet Neurol＂ on February, 2010.
