| 摘 要： | 从2006年至2009年，包括我们的论文，《柳叶刀》（Lancet）杂志上共有4篇有关异体颜面移植的论著发表。对此4篇论文进行研读后，结合我们的经验，提出目前异体颜面移植临床开展应用面临网个最主要的关键问题，即供受体的选择、外科技术、心理问题及免疫治疗问题。以此为观点，我们撰写的Comment于2009年7月14日发表在《Lancet》杂志上。

| Abstract: | Besides our article, other three articles about facial allotransplantation were published in ＂Lancet＂ from 2006 to 2009. After reading these articles with great interest and integrating with our experiences, we put forward four key issues of clinical facial allotransplantation, including selection of recipient and donor, surgical technique, psychological considerations, and immunological therapy. Our comment on these issues was published in ＂Lancet＂ on July 14, 2009. |
