吉非替尼对分子靶向抗癌药物研究的贡献是什么？

分子靶向抗癌药物是近年来肿瘤治疗的研究热点,此类药物对于改善肿瘤患者的生存质量和延长生存时间有着重要意义。2009年美国Adjei教授在《临床医师肿瘤杂志》（CA Cancer J Clin）上发表了一篇综述文章,该文阐述了分子靶向抗癌药物在各种肿瘤治疗中的合理应用,也展望了其在未来肿瘤治疗中的重要作用。文章面面俱到,条理清楚,堪称经典。然而精读此文,我们发现该综述在肺癌分子靶向抗癌药物介绍中未提及吉非替尼,忽视了吉非替尼在分子靶向药物研究中的重要性。基于对于分子靶向药物的新认识,我们撰写的Letter发表在《CA Cancer J Clin》上。

Contribution of gefitinib to the research on moleculartargeting antineoplastic agent

The molecular-targeting antineoplastie agent is the hot topie today in tumor therapy field, which can improve life quality and prolong survival time of patients with tumor.Professor Adjei and his colleagues provided an excellent review which elaborated the reasonable application and looked forward to the future of molecular-targeting antineoplastic agent in various tumor therapies in＂CA Cancer J Clin＂in 2009. However,after scrutinizing the review,we found the gefitinib was not mentioned in this review.Gefitinib is a very important molecular-targeting antineoplastic agent in term of lung cancer therapy,and to some extent the research achievement of gefitinib offers a new direction for further research of other molecular-targeting antineoplaslic agents in the future.Consequently,our arguments in the Letter we wrote were published in＂CA Cancer J Clin＂.
