左氧氟沙星治疗复治结核性胸膜炎的疗效观察

目的 探讨治疗复治结核性胸膜炎的有效药物及手段。方法 随机分为治疗组及对照组各32例,治 疗组采用LxLx300mg／d加INH、RFF、1321TH、方案化疗,并积极胸穿抽液治疗。对照组除不加用LvLx外,其化疗 方案及治疗方法同治疗组,3个月为1疗程。结果 治疗组显效为68.75％(总有效率93.75％)。对照组显效 43.75％(总有效率75.0％)。两组疗效对比有显著差性异(P<0.05),未见严重副反应。结论 LvLx联合复治方案治 疗结核性胸膜炎疗效确切、副作用少、安全、有效。可作为复治结核性胸膜炎的有效药物常规加入化疗方案。

The Clinic Effect of levofloxacin in Revisious Tuberculous pleurisy Treating

Objective to explore the effective agents of revisious tuberculous pleurisy. Methods 64 cases are divided into two groups. Study group and compare group randomly. To compare cases, prescribed INH, RFT, 1321TH, meanwhile, given pleury compunction actively. To study coses, added levofloxacin 300mg/d, and all the same as that given to the compared dividuals. To two groups, over 3 months as a treat period. Results the rate of manifest effect is 68.75 percent, (total effective rate is 93.75 percent) of study group, and that of the compare group is 43.75 precent (75.0 percent). There's magnificent difference in two group (P<0.05), and no servere side-effect of levofloxacin. Conclusions levofloxacin compared with other anti-tuber-culosio hao manifest elfect in treating revisious tuberculous pleurisy. And may be Regard as rountine agents in revisiouo artituberculosio treating.
