卡托普利及大黄治疗糖尿病肾病的研究

目的　观察应用口服卡托普利 (Catopril)及中药大黄对不同时期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及尿蛋白的远期影响。方法　将糖尿病肾病患者 112例分为 4组 :A组为卡托普利治疗组 2 7例 ,B组为大黄治疗组 2 6例 ,C组为卡托普利和大黄治疗组 30例 ,D组为对照组 2 9例。 4组患者均根据尿蛋白和肾功能的不同再分为早期肾病 (Ⅲ期 )组和临床期肾功能正常 (Ⅳ期 )组 2个亚组。控制血压、血脂、血糖等其他治疗方法各组相同。结果　A ,B ,C 3组患者 2a后尿总蛋白和尿白蛋白与本组治疗前及D组比较均明显降低 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1)。结论　应用卡托普利及大黄治疗 ,对不同时期的糖尿病肾病患者均有减少尿蛋白的远期作用 ,二者合用具有明显的协同作用

Study of catopril and Daihuang on nephropathy begeted by diabetes

Objective It is to observe the long-dated effect of catopril and Daihuang on renal function and uric albumen in nephropathy begeted by diabetes at different period.Methods 112 patients with nephropathy begeted by diabetes were divided into four groups: 27 patients in group A were treated with Catopril, 26 patients in group B were treated with Daihuang, 30 patients in group C were treated with Catopril and Daihuang, group D in which there were 29 patients was control group. Four groups were all divided into forepart nephropathy (Ⅲ) group and clinical renal function normal (Ⅳ) group based on the difference of renal function and uric albumen. Treatment means (controlling blood pressure, blood sugar, blood fattiness, et al) in the groups were same.Results After two years, total urine albumen and urine albumin in group A, B, C were obviously reduced than that before treat and in group D (P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Catopril and Daihuang have reduced long-dated effect on urine albumin of nephropathy begeted by diabetes at different period, and they have synergetic effect.
