| 摘 要： | 作者采用酶免疫染色技术对３６例口腔颌面部鳞疾患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群进行测定，并与３０例健康人Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的合量进行了比较分析。结果表明：口腔颌面部群疾患者ＣＤ３下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＤ８升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示口腔颌面部鳞癌患者免疫平衡失调，细胞免疫功能下降。

| Abstract: | Amount of T lymphocyte subpopulations in peripheral blood were assayed in 36 patients with oral maxillofacial squamous carcinoma and in 30 normal subjects by using enzymoimmunostaining.The results showed that the level of CD3 was lower in patients group than in normal controls(P<0. 01) and that level of CD8was higher in Patients than in normal controls(P<0. 01).The ratio of CO4/CD8 was lower in patients than in normal controls(P<0.01).The results suggest that there are disturbance of immunologic balance and decrease of cellular mediated immunity in the patients with oral maxillofacial squamous carcinoma. |
