| 摘 要： | 目的探讨孕妇血清中IgG抗-A（B）抗体效价与新生儿溶血病（HDN）之间的关系。方法用微柱凝胶法对夫妇ABO血型不合孕妇进行ABO．HDN血清学检查，观察IgG抗A（B）效价对ABO-HDN的影响。结果当孕妇血清抗体效价为1：64、1：128、1：256和≥1：512时，新生儿ABO溶血病的发病率分别为0、11．8％、22．9％和42．2％。结论随着孕妇血清中IgG抗体效价的增高，新生儿ABO溶血病的发病率也随之升高。

| Abstract: | Objective ] To explore the relationship between valence of serum antibody in pregnant women and hemolytic disease of newborn （HDN）. Methods] Micro-Column Gel （MCG） was adopted to perform ABO-HDN serological examination, the effect of IgG Anti-A（B） on ABO-HDN was observed. Results]When the valence of antibody was 1： 64, 1： 128, 1：256 and≥1：512;the incidence of ABO-HDN was 0%, 11.8% , 22.9% and 42.2% respectively. Conclusion] The more the valence of antibody in the serum of pregnant woman was, the higher the incidence of ABO-HDN was. |
