稳心颗粒治疗快速性心律失常60例临床观察

目的 观察稳心颗粒与普罗帕酮对快速性心律失常的疗效及安全性。方法 随机选取快速性心律失常病人118例，治疗组60例，口服稳心颗粒，每次1包（9g），每日3次，；对照组58例，口服普罗帕酮150mg，每日3次，两组共观察4周。用药前后做心电图和24h动态心电图评价疗效，同时监测药物不良反应。结果 治疗组有效率为83．3％，对照组有效率86．2％。稳心颗粒对肝、肾功能无显著影响，不良反应少。结论 稳心颗粒是一种安全、有效的治疗快速性心律失常的中成药。

Effect of Wenxin Granule on Tachyarrhythmia

Objective To observe the security and efficiency of Wenxin granule for cardiac tachyarrhythmia.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients (pts)(58 pts with atrial premature beats and 60 pts with ventricular premature beats ) were divided into two groups: Wenxin group was treated with Wenxin granule,9 g,tid. Propafenone group was treated with propafenone 150 mg,tid for four weeks. The regular electrocardiogram and 24 hours electrocardiogram were monitored pre-and post-therapy. The security and efficiency of Wenxin granule were analyzed. Results The efficiency of Wenxin granule on cardiac tachyarrhythmia was 83.3% and propafenone was 86.2%. Conclusion Wenxin granule was a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine for cardiac tachyarrhythmia.
