宫颈电环锥切术联合纳米银治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变临床观察

目的 探讨宫颈电环锥切术联合纳米银在治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变中的作用.方法 将2005年1月～2007年12月在启东市中医院妇科就诊,经液基薄层细胞检测,阴道镜下多点活组织病理检查明确为CIN的134例患者进行前瞻性随机对照分析.其中67例病人行LEEP后加用纳米银治疗为观察组,同时将单纯行LEEP的67例病人作为对照组.比较两组术后创面愈合时间,术中、术后并发症和疗效情况.结果 两组比较,术后创面愈合时间观察组明显短于对照组(P＜0.01).术后并发症的总发生率观察组明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).疗效观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 LEEP联合纳米银治疗CAN可明显加速创面愈合,减少术后并发症,并能提高疗效.
