| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤的临床治疗及预后。方法回顾性分析59例无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式、手术时机选择、早期大剂量应用甲基泼尼松龙(MP)分组,比较各组治疗前后1个月、3个月、12个月的JOA评分改善值。结果手术治疗组各时间段JOA评分改善值明显高于保守治疗组(P均0.05)。此外,伤后1周内手术组和1周后手术组以及术前早期大剂量应用MP组与术前未早期大剂量应用MP组各时间段JOA评分改善值也有显著性差异(P均0.05)。结论无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤早期大剂量应用MP治疗、并在早期行手术治疗可获得良好效果。
