| 摘 要： | 深入认识眼表与泪膜的关系有助于眼干燥症的病理生理研究。泪膜的稳定需要精细的神经、激素调控。泪膜成分的改变、神经源性炎症及性激素降低是眼干燥症病因学的重要因素。
