| 摘 要： | 目的研究IgA肾病血瘀证与临床病理的相关因素。方法分析42例IgA肾病血瘀证与73例非血瘀证患者的临床及肾脏病理资料。结果IgA肾病血瘀证临床上合并肾功能不全多见，血瘀证女性多见；血瘀证组Lee分级重于非血瘀证组；血瘀证组肾组织纤维蛋白原相关抗原沉积程度明显强于非血瘀证组：血瘀证组肾小管萎缩积分或肾小管萎缩比例明显高于非血瘀证组。结论血瘀证与IgA肾病肾组织病理有一定相关性，血瘀是IgA肾病肾功能恶化的主要致病因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the relationship between blood stasis syndrome and clinical pathology in patients with IgA nephropathy （IgAN）. Methods Clinical and pathological materials of 42 patients with blood stasis syndrome, and 73 patients with non blood stasis syndrome were analyzed. Result Patients with blood stasis syndrome are often female and accompanied with renal dysfunction. Compared with patients of non blood stasis syndrome, Lee＇s grades were obviously higher, degrees of fibrinogen-related antigen （FRA） deposited in renal were stronger, and scores or ratio of tubular atrophy significantly were higher. Conclusion Blood stasis syndrome of IgAN is correlated with certain renal pathological changes. Blood stasis is the main etiological factor. |
