| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高基层医院护理专科水平的方法。方法针对基层医院医疗专科分科不细和专科护理发展问题,设立专科护理管理委员会,成立专科护理小组,明确工作目标和方法,发挥专科护理小组的作用,制定专科护理指引和专科培训计划,参加护理会诊和护理疑难病例讨论,指导临床护理工作。结果提高了专科护理质量,解决临床护理疑难问题。结论专科护理小组的成立及良好运作,能有效提高护理专科水平和护理质量。
