| 摘 要： | 目的：体外培养并鉴定脂肪组织来源干细胞，为相关实验研究奠定基础。方法：分离SD大鼠腹股沟脂肪组织，经过胶原酶消化，加入脂肪组织来源干细胞条件培养基中培养，用流式细胞仪检测分离的脂肪组织来源干细胞并通过诱导检测分离细胞的多向分化潜能。结果：分离培养的细胞具有不断增殖能力，有多向分化能力，存在脂肪组织来源干细胞的相关标志分子。结论：成功建立了脂肪组织来源干细胞的分离培养方法，可用于进一步的实验研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:To cultivate and identify the adipose tissue-derived stem cells in vitro for further related research.Method:Adipose tissues were isolated from a SD rat groin,the fat was cut and incubated in acollagenase solution.The ADSCs were cultivated in culture medium.The cells were identified by flow cytometry and analyzed for their multilineage differentiation.Result:The cultivated cells have the ability to proliferate continuously.They show characteristics of multipotent adult stem cells.These cells have a protein expression phenotype that is on related to the adipose tissue-derived stem cells.Conclution:The method of isolation and cultivation were successfully established and can be used for further research. |
