以医院管理年活动为契机,促进护理质量持续提高

从2005年开始按照卫生部的部署,我院开展医院管理年活动。我们以此为契机,结合医院实际,进一步完善护理管理制度,使护理管理制度化、标准化、科学化、人性化。同时以护理安全为中心,以护理质量为核心,以护理服务理念转变为重心,促进我院护理工作不断改进和完善,使护理质量不断提高并取得明显成效。
