| 摘 要： | 术中取患者卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织移植在裸鼠体内,并传代成功。用该移植瘤进行了试验性化疗。用T/C值(用药组肿瘤体积/对照组肿瘤体积％)表示其治疗效果,T/C>50％无效。用四种药物:顺铂、阿霉素、环磷酰胺及以上三种药物联合进行化疗。其中顺铂疗效最好,其余三种无效。对照顺铂二种给药途径:腹腔注射顺铂停药后,肿瘤增大,裸鼠反应大;肿瘤局部注射顺铂后,肿瘤消失,裸鼠无不良反应。在联合用药无效后,选用了敏感药物丝裂霉素,肿瘤明显缩小。

| Abstract: | Human ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OSC-2) taken from surgical specimen was successfully transplaned into female nude mice. Experimental chemotherapy was offered to the OSC-2. The chemotherapeutic effect showed that when the T/C value>50 (T is the treated relative volume. C is the control relative tumor volume) it failed to respond to medical treatment. Result of the experiment indicated that when Cisplatine (CP), Adriamycine (ADM), Cyclopho-sphamide (CTX) and the combination of the above three drugs were sued in treatment, only CP is effective for OSC-2 tumor. Tumors grew when CP injection i.p. ceased to be given, while tumor size remainec unchenged with CP injection (H). combination chemotherapy with CP, ADM and CTX proved to be ineffective, treatment with Mitomycine (MMC) obviously reduced the size of the tumors. |
