五七丹金汤结合西医常规疗法治疗脂肪肝疗效观察

目的观察五七丹金汤治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将120例脂肪肝患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各60例;对照组予以西医常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上结合口服五七丹金汤,疗程3个月。观察两组临床疗效及肝功能、血脂变化情况。结果观察组的治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肝功能和血脂有明显改善(P<0.05),对照组改善不明显(P>0.05),观察组和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五七丹金汤可提高脂肪肝的临床疗效,改善肝功能、纠正血脂紊乱。

Clinical observation of combined "Wuqi Danjin Decoction" and routine modality in treating fatty liver

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Wuqi Danjin Decoction" in the treatment of fatty liver.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of fatty liver were randomized into two groups: control group in which 60 cases were treated by routine modality and observation group in which 60 cases were treated by "Wuqi Danjin Decoction" plus routine modality,with a course of three months.The clinical efficacy and indicators of liver function and serum lipid were observed.Results The cure rate and overall effective rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the liver function and serum lipid were improved in both groups(P<0.05),with more significant improvement in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion "Wuqi Danjin Decoction" can help fatty liver,improve liver function and rectify blood lipid disturbance.
