自拟脂肪肝合剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的疗效观察

目的观察自拟脂肪肝合剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床疗效。方法共纳入83例非酒精性脂肪肝病患者,随机分为治疗组45例、对照组38例。治疗组在进行生活方式干预的基础上给予脂肪肝合剂治疗,对照组仅给予生活方式干预,两组疗程均为3个月。治疗后比较两组患者肝脏B超、肝功能及血脂的变化,并判定临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为84.4%,对照组为50.0%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,治疗组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟脂肪肝合剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病具有较好的临床疗效,能够明显降低患者血脂水平、改善脂质代谢。

Curative effect of "Fatty Liver Mixture" for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Fatty Liver Mixture" in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods Eighty-three cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 45 cases were treated by life style intervention combined "Fatty Liver Mixture",and control group in which 38 cases were treated by life style intervention only,with the course of 3 months.The outcome of B ultrasound,liver function and blood fat were detected and clinical efficacy was measured.Results The overall effective rate was 84.4% in the treatment group and 50% in the control group,it was higher in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);after 3 months,the TG and TC were lower in treatment group than that before treatment(P<0.01),while the HDL-C was increased(P<0.05),with significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion "Fatty Liver Mixture" has positive effect on NAFLD by decreasing the level of blood fat and improving the lipid metabolism.
