自拟抗敏止咳方治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘42例

目的观察抗敏止咳方治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床疗效。方法将82例咳嗽变异型哮喘患者随机分为治疗组、对照组。对照组40例予西医常规治疗,治疗组42例在西医常规治疗基础上予以抗敏止咳方煎剂口服;两组均治疗3周,观察临床疗效及咳嗽症状减轻、消退及夜间咳嗽消失时间,并于结束治疗后6个月随访复发率。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为90.47%、70.00%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在结束治疗后的6个月中,治疗组、对照组复发率分别为11.90%、40.00%;组间复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组咳嗽症状减轻、消退及夜间咳嗽消失时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论抗敏止咳方治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘临床疗效良好。

Treatment of cough variant asthma by "Kangmin Zhike Decoction":report of 42 cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Kangmin Zhike Decoction" for cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods Eighty-two subjects were randomized into two groups: control group in which 40 cases were treated with routine therapy,while the treatment group in which 42 cases were treated with "Kangmin Zhike Decoction" and routine therapy,with the course of 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptoms of cough ease and relief times at night were observed.Recurrence rate was observed after 6 months’ follow-up.Results The total effective rate was 90.47% in treatment group and 70.00% in control group.The difference of the clinical effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of the 6 months’ follow-up,the recurrence rate was 11.90% and 40.00% in treatment group and in control group respectively.The difference of the recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The cough relife,cough disapperance,and the at night time without coughing all were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion "Kangmin Zhike Decoction" is effective for cough variant asthma.
