GC法同时测定麝香追风膏中7个挥发性成分的含量

目的建立同步测定麝香追风膏中桉油精、樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片(龙脑和异龙脑)、水杨酸甲酯、桂皮醛和丁香酚等7种成分含量的气相色谱方法。方法采用气相色谱法,HP-INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱,氮气为载气,FID检测器,升温程序为80℃保持5 min,60℃/min升温至150℃保持5 min,80℃/min升温至200℃保持2 min,内标法测定样品中7种成分的含量。结果麝香追风膏中7种成分及内标物萘在同一色谱条件下获得良好分离。回收率分别为96.23%(RSD=2.48%)、100.31%(RSD=0.23%)、96.76%(RSD=0.76%)、96.90%(RSD=1.39%)、98.52%(RSD=1.57%)、96.32%(RSD=2.01%)和103.31%(RSD=2.12%)。采用此法对3批样品进行含量测定,均取得了满意的结果。结论该方法简便、准确,分离度好,可用于控制麝香追风膏的质量。

Determination of seven volatile effective components in "Shexiang Zhuifeng Plaster" by GC

Objective To establish a method for determination of cineol,camphor,menthol,synthetic borneol,methyl salicylate,cinnamic aldehyde and eugenol in "Shexiang Zhuifeng Plaster".Methods The GC was performed on HP-INNOWAX capillary column,nitrogen as the carrier gas,and FID as the detector.The temperature program of column oven was set as follows: 80℃ for 5min,increased to 150 ℃ at the rate of 60 ℃·min-1 for 5 min,increased to 200℃ at the rate of 80℃·min-1 for 2 min.The seven compounds in "Shexiang Zhuifeng Plaster" were detected by internal standard method.Results All the seven compounds in "Shexiang Zhuifeng Plaster" and naphthalene were separated.The average recovery rates of them were 96.23%(RSD=2.48%),100.31%(RSD=0.23%),96.76%(RSD=0.76%),96.90%(RSD=1.39%),98.52%(RSD=1.57%),96.32%(RSD=2.01%) and 103.31%(RSD=2.12%),respectively.Three batch samples were detected by this method,and have achieved satisfactory results.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and separable,and can be used to control the quality of "Shexiang Zhuifeng Plaster".
