摘    要:为探讨基于病例研究的综合教学方法在临床实习教学中的效果,以脑梗死疾病为案例,对进入临床实习的中医本科生采用基于病例研究的综合教学方法,同时与传统带教式的临床实习教学方法进行比较。结果表明,试验组学生考试成绩明显优于对照组,且认为在提高自学能力、培养临床思维、增强团队协作精神等方面有明显帮助。

Abstract:This paper takes cerebral infarction as an example to explore the effect of integrated teaching methods based on case study applying in clinical practice teaching.Chinese medical students practicing in clinic in our hospital were taught by integrated teaching methods based on case studies(experimental group),and were compared with those taught by traditional teaching methods(control group).The results showed that students’ test scores in experimental group were higher than that in control group.The integrated teaching methods can improve self-learning ability,cultivate clinical thoughts and enhance teamwork spirit in medical students.
