| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方苦参注射液治疗癌性疼痛的疗效。方法将136例癌性疼痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,均给予规范的放疗和对症治疗;观察组加复方苦参注射液静脉滴注,疗程20天。结果治疗后两组疼痛VAS评分、精神状态等评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论复方苦参注射液能减轻癌性疼痛、提高患者生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Fufang Kushen Injection" in the treatment of carcinomatous pain.Methods One hundred and thirty-six cases were randomized into observation group and control group,and were treated by radiotherapy and heteropathy.The cases in observation group were treated by additional "Fufang Kushen Injection",with the course of 20 days.Results After treatment,the VAS scores and mental status scores were all decreased in both groups(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the scores in observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion "Fufang Kushen Injection" can alleviate the carcinomatous pain and improve the quality of life. |
