热毒宁注射液结合西医常规疗法治疗小儿病毒性脑炎临床观察

目的观察热毒宁注射液治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法将65例病毒性脑炎患儿随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(32例);对照组给予利巴韦林和干扰素抗病毒治疗,观察组在抗病毒治疗的基础上加用热毒宁注射液静脉滴注,疗程14 d。结果观察组总有效率为87.9%,对照组为78.1%;两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的发热、抽搐、头痛呕吐、意识障碍等临床症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液联合抗病毒治疗小儿病毒性脑炎可提高临床疗效,较快缓解临床症状和体征。

Clinical observation of "Reduning Injection" and routine treatment for infantile viral encephalitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Reduning Injection" in the treatment of infantile viral encephalitis.Methods Sixty-five cases were randomized into two groups: control group in which 32 cases were treated by antiviral: ribavirin and interferon,and observation group in which 33 cases were treated by antiviral drugs and "Reduning Injection",with the course of 14 days.Results The overall effective rate was 87.9% in observation group and 78.1% in control group,with a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement time of such clinical symptoms as fever,spasm,headache,vomiting and disturbance of consciousness in observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion "Reduning Injection" and antiviral drugs can improve the clinical efficacy and alleviate clinical symptoms of infantile viral encephalitis.
