| 摘 要： | 通过分析当前国际肿瘤学界肿瘤治疗疗效评价方法及中医药治疗肿瘤临床疗效特点,对制定既充分体现中医疗效特点又为国内外肿瘤学界广泛接受、理解、认同的中医肿瘤临床疗效评价标准进行探讨。认为应借鉴循证医学的研究方法,以"总生存期"、"无进展生存期"或"无病生存期"等生存获益时间为主要终点指标,以临床获益率为次要终点指标,并结合对生存质量的评价,制定出既符合中医肿瘤临床疗效特点又与国际接轨的肿瘤疗效评价标准,以推动中医肿瘤学标准化、客观化、国际化进程。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes international evaluation methods and efficacy of Chinese medicine for tumor,and discusses the evaluation of clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine tumor standard,which reflects the characteristics of Chinese medicine and accepts by experts in this field at home and abroad.This paper views that evidence-based medicine should be used for the research;"overall survival","progression-free survival" or "disease-free survival" should be used as the main endpoint criteria,and clinical benefit rate should be used as secondary endpoint criteria.Combined with evaluation of quality of life,the evaluation criterion of clinical efficacy for tumor treatment by Chinese medicine was established.This evaluation criterion accords with characteristics of clinical efficacy in TCM and relates with international standards,and promotes the progress of standardization,objectification and internationalization. |
