复方南瓜藤软膏外敷治疗皮肤与软组织感染疗效观察

目的:探讨复方南瓜藤软膏治疗皮肤与软组织感染的疗效,为新药开发提供前期研究基础。方法:120例皮肤与软组织感染患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组60例(分别包括轻、中、重度患者各20例)。治疗组采用复方南瓜藤软膏外敷,对照组给予金黄膏外敷,治疗周期为14 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效及主要症状积分的改善情况。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为100%和87.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,两组轻度患者的痊愈率均为100%,且治疗组中轻度患者的痊愈天数较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组的中度患者临床总有效率分别为100%和68.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后两组中度患者的症状总积分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组积分较对照组降低更加明显(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组的重度患者临床总有效率分别为100%和94.1%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且治疗后两组患者的红、肿、热、痛症状积分及总积分均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组各项症状积分较对照组降低更加明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:复方南瓜藤软膏治疗皮肤与软组织感染具有较好的疗效,能够改善患者的症状,且安全无副作用。

Clinical Effects of "Fufang Nanguateng Ointment" in Treating Skin and Soft Tissue Infections

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of "Fufang Nanguateng Ointment" in treating skin and soft tissue infections in order to provide research basis for drug development.Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with skin and soft tissue infections were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with sixty cases in each group(including twenty mild,moderate and severe patients respectively).The treatment group was treated by "Fufang Nanguateng Ointment" and the control group was treated by "Jinhuang Ointment" with a course of fourteen days.The clinical effects and the main symptom scores were observed.Results: The total clinical effective rates of treatment group and control group were 100% and 87.5% respectively,with a statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).The cure rates of mild patients of two groups were 100% respectively,and the cure days of mild patients of treatment group were fewer than those of control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rates of moderate patients of treatment group and control group were 100% and 68.4% respectively,with a statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the total symptom scores of moderate patients of two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores of treatment group decreased more obviously than control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rates of severe patients of treatment group and control group were 100% and 94.1% respectively,with no statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the red,swelling,heat and pain symptom scores and the total scores of severe patients of two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the scores of treatment group decreased more obviously than control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: "Fufang Nanguateng Ointment"is effective and safe in treating skin and soft tissue infections and can improve the symptoms obviously.
