| 摘 要： | 目的观察人工流产术中阴阳虚体质对丙泊酚麻醉效果的影响。方法 40例阳虚质和40例阴虚质者均以丙泊酚麻醉施行人流术,观察两组麻醉效果及术后恢复情况。结果阴虚质组诱导麻醉时间明显短于阳虚质组(P<0.05),且丙泊酚诱导剂量、总用量明显低于阳虚质组(P<0.05)。结论阴虚质患者丙泊酚的麻醉效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the anesthesia by propofol injection in yin and yang deficiency constitution in artificial abortion operation.Methods Forty cases of yin deficiency constitution and 40 cases of yang deficiency constitution were anaesthetized by propofol in artificial abortion operation.The anesthesic effects and recovery situations after operation were observed.Results The anesthesia time in yin deficiency group was shorter than that in yang deficiency group(P<0.05),and the induction dose and total dose of propofol in yin deficiency group were lower than that in yang deficiency group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia by propofol injection in yin deficiency constitution has better effect than that in yang deficiency constitution. |
