疏肝利胆方对保胆取石术后患者胆囊功能的改善作用

目的:探讨疏肝利胆方对腹腔镜辅助保胆取石术后患者胆囊功能的影响。方法:将60例胆囊结石患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。所有患者均行腹腔镜辅助保胆取石术治疗,术后常规处理;治疗组患者在术后给予疏肝利胆方治疗,疗程为6个月。分别于术前和术后l个月、3个月、6个月、1年通过B超测定胆囊大小,计算并比较两组患者的胆囊容积和胆囊收缩率。结果:腹腔镜辅助保胆取石术后,治疗组和对照组患者的胆囊收缩率较术前均明显降低(P<0.01),且在术后6个月、1年对照组患者的胆囊收缩率较治疗组降低更加显著(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝利胆方对保胆取石术后患者的胆囊功能具有一定的改善作用。

Ameliorative Effects of "Shugan Lidan Recipe" on Gallbladder Funtion of Patients after Cholecystolithotomy

Objective: To explore the effects of "Shugan Lidan Recipe" on gallbladder function of patients after laparoscopic-assisted cholecystolithotomy.Methods: Sixty patients with cholecystolithiasis were randomized into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.All the patients were treated with laparoscopic-assisted cholecystolithotomy,and the treatment group was treated with "Shugan Lidan Recipe" after operation with a course of six months.The gallbladder size was detected by B ultrasound,and the gallbladder contractile rate was calculated before operation,one month,three months,six months and one year after operation.Results: The gallbladder contractile rate of treatment group and control group significantly decreased after operation(P<0.01),and the gallbladder contractile rate of control group was lower than that of treatment group six months and one year after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion: "Shugan Lidan Recipe" can improve the gallbladder contractile function of patients after laparoscopic-assisted cholecystolithotomy.
