养心方结合常规疗法治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛临床研究

目的观察养心方治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将100例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各50例。两组均给予常规西药治疗，治疗组同时服用养心方，疗程均为4周。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后脑钠肽（BNP）和纤维蛋白原（Fg）水平变化。结果治疗组的中医证候疗效、心电图疗效、心绞痛疗效均优于对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗后两组BNP和Fg均有降低（P〈0．01），且治疗组低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论养心方治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛有良好疗效，其机制可能与降低脑钠肽及纤维蛋白原有关。

Treatment of coronary angina pectoris of qi-blood stagnaiton by "Yangxin Decoction" plus conventional therapy

Objective To observe the clinical effects of "Yangxin Decoction" in treating coronary angina pectoris of qi-blood stagnation.Methods One hundred cases of qi-blood stagnation were randomly divided into two groups: control group in which 50 cases were treated by conventional therapy,and treatment group in which 50 cases were treated by conventional therapy and "Yangxin Decoction",with a course of four weeks.The clinical efficacy,and contents of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and fibrinogen(Fg) were observed.Results The clinical effects in syndrome,electrocardiogram and angina pectoris were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01);the contents of BNP and Fg were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.01),with more striking decrease in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion "Yangxin Decoction" acts to treat coronary angina pectoris by reducing BNP and Fg.
