四君子汤加川牛膝治疗慢性下肢溃疡60例

目的观察四君子汤加川牛膝治疗慢性下肢溃疡的临床疗效。方法将90例病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组30例予常规外科换药和四君子汤口服,治疗组60例予常规外科换药和四君子汤加川牛膝口服;两组均治疗3周,观察创面愈合情况及临床疗效。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为98.3%、80.0%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组、对照组创面愈合率分别为25.0%、16.7%;组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤加入川牛膝能促进慢性下肢溃疡愈合。

"Sijunzi Decoction" plus Cyathula in treating chronic leg ulcer: A report of 60 cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Sijunzi Decoction" plus Cyathula in treating the chronic leg ulcer.Methods Ninety subjects were randomized into two groups: control group in which 30 cases were treated by "Sijunzi Decoction" and routine therapy,and treatment group in which 60 cases were treated by "Sijunzi Decoction" plus Cyathula and routine therapy,with the course of 3 weeks.The wound healing condition and clinical effect were observed.Results The total effective rates were 98.33% and 80.00% in treatment and control group respectively.The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).The wound healing rates were 25.0% and 16.7% in treatment and control group respectively,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined "Sijunzi Decoction" with Cyathula can promote the healing of chronic ulcers in the leg.
