| 摘 要： | 目的:观察井穴刺络放血对健康小鼠耐缺氧时间影响,以优化临床选穴。方法:将144只小鼠分层随机平均分为商阳组、关冲组、少泽组、少商组、中冲组、少冲组、综合组及对照组,分别予井穴刺络放血,观察比较各组小鼠耐缺氧时间。结果:商阳组小鼠耐缺氧时间最长,且与少商组、少泽组、对照组、综合组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组小鼠耐缺氧时间最短,且与商阳组、中冲组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:不同井穴刺络放血对健康小鼠耐缺氧时间存在差异,以商阳穴效果最为显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the influence of bloodletting therapy at well-jing points on hypoxia-tolerating time in healthy mice,in an attempt to optimize the clinical choice of acupuncture points.Methods: A total of 144 mice were randomized into Shangyang group,Guanchong group,Shaoze group,Shaoshang group,Zhongchong group,Shaochong group,Combination group and control group.The hypoxia-tolerating time was observed and compared.Results: The hypoxia-tolerating time was longest in Shangyang group,with striking differences in comparison with that in Shaoshang group,Shaoze group,control group and combination group(P<0.05).The hypoxia-tolerating time was shortest in the control group,with evident differences in comparison with that in Shangyang group and Zhongchong group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The hypoxia-tolerating time was significantly different in puncturing different well-jing points in healthy mice,and Shangyang(LI1) works best. |
