摘    要:目的:研究参葛方对单纯高脂饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪性肝病模型大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法:采用单纯高脂饮食8周诱导非酒精性脂肪性肝病动物模型,设正常组、模型组、参葛方不同剂量组及阳性药物对照组。造模大鼠分别在第5周开始随机分为模型组及药物组,并给予相应药物干预。观察大鼠肝脏组织病理变化、肝组织三酰甘油(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量,及空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹血胰岛素水平(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)的变化。结果:与模型组比较,参葛方治疗组大鼠肝脏组织TG、FFA的水平显著降低(P<0.01),肝组织病理明显改善,同时FINS和IRI下降(P<0.01)。结论:参葛方可降低单纯高脂饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪性肝病模型大鼠肝脏FFA的含量,减轻肝脏脂肪沉积和肝脂肪变性,改善胰岛素抵抗,调节代谢紊乱。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of "Shenge Decoction" on lipidic metabolism of rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) induced by high fat diet.Methods: The NAFLD models were induced by high fat diet for 8 weeks in rats,and the normal group,model group,"Shenge Decoction" groups and positive medicine group were established.The model rats were randomized into model group and medicine group at the fifth week,and treated with the corresponding medicines.The pathologic changes,TG,FFA contents,FPG,FINS levels and IRI changes were observed.Results: The levels of TG and FFA in "Shenge Decoction" groups were lower than that in model group,with significant differences(P<0.01),the pathologic changes improved and FINS and IRI were decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion: "Shenge Decoction" can relieve the liver fat deposition and fatty degeneration,decrease the FFA content,improve the insulin resistance,and regulate metabolic disorder,to treat NAFLD induced by high fat diet.
