| 摘 要： | 对近年中西医结合治疗股骨头坏死文献进行回顾分析，认为活血化瘀中药在股骨头坏死防治各阶段具有改善血液循环、降低骨内压、推迟股骨头塌陷及人工髋关节置换术等优势，但其治疗仍需规范化及循证数据支持。

| Abstract: | This article reviews the literature on the treatment of osteonecrosis of femoral head in recent years.It is believed that blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs can improve blood circulation,reduce intrabony pressure,prevent thigh collapse and delay artificial hip replacement;but the treatment still needs standardization and evidence-based support. |
