探讨《金匮要略》中活血化瘀法论治特色。仲景在《金匮要略》中首次提出"瘀血"的病名,开活血化瘀辨证论治之先河。其精髓之处在于其对活血化瘀方药的运用贯彻了细审寒热,明辨虚实这一宗旨。在活血化瘀的总法则下又视其寒、热、虚、实,察其兼变证,把握病程长短,区别轻重缓急,采取了不同的具体治疗方法,建立了较为完整的理法方药体系。

This paper discusses the characteristics of blood-promoting blood and stasis-resolving in Synopsis of Golden Chamber,which put forward by Zhang Zhongjing.Zhongjing proposed that syndrome differentiation should be based on blood-promoting and stasis-resolving method,the key point was to differentiate asthenia and sthenia.He viewed that cold,heat,asthenia and sthenia should be observed,the course of disease should be grasped,and chronic and acute should be examined.The complete system of "theory,method,formula and herbs" was founded.
