电针对氢化可的松诱导的精液异常模型大鼠血清E2、T的影响

目的观察电针对氢化可的松诱导的精液异常大鼠雌激素（E2）、睾酮（T）的影响，探求电针治疗精液异常疾病的原理。方法将SD雄性性成熟大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和针刺治疗组3组。造模成功后选取治疗组进行电针治疗7天。于治疗结束后第2天取材，麻醉后抽取腹主动脉，检测大鼠血清E2、T含量。结果模型组E：含量高于对照组，而T含量低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗组血清E2：含量低于模型组，而T含量高于模型组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论电针治疗精液异常疾病与其调节血清E2、T密切相关。

Effects of electro-acupuncture on serum estrogen and testosterone in rats of hydrocortisone-induced sperm abnormalities

Objective To observe the effects of electro-acupuncture on serum estrogen(E2) and testosterone(T) in rats of hydrocortisone-induced sperm abnorma-lities,in an attempt to study its mechanisms.Methods SD sexually mature male rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal group,model group and acupuncture group.After successful modeling,the acupuncture group was treated by the electro-acupuncture for seven days.After treatment,the rats were sacrificed and the E2 and T levels were detected.Results Compared with the normal group,the level of E2 in model group was higher and the level of T in model group was lower,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01);compared with the model group,the level of E2 in acupuncture group was lower and the level of T in acupuncture group was higher,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Electro-acupuncture can treat dysspermia by regulating the levels of serum E2 and T.
