润通方治疗糖尿病便秘疗效观察

目的观察润通方治疗糖尿病便秘的临床疗效。方法将76例糖尿病便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（各38例），分别给予润通方和麻仁软胶囊治疗，疗程2周。结果治疗组总有效率为97．37％，对照组为78．95％；两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组便秘平均缓解时间为（3．8±1．0）天，对照组为（5．6±1．8）天；治疗组便秘缓解的时间短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论润通方治疗糖尿病便秘临床疗效确切。

Clinical observation of "Runtong Decoction" in treating diabetic constipation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Runtong Decoction" in the treatment of diabetic constipation.Methods Seventy-six subjects were randomized into treatment group and control group,and treated respectively with "Runtong Decoction" and "Maren Capsule" for two weeks.Results The overall effective rate was 97.37% in the treatment group and 78.95% in the control group,with a difference between them(P<0.05);the constipation-relieving time was(3.8±1.0) days in the treatment group and(5.6±1.8) days in the control group,with a difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion "Runtong Decoction" is quite effective for diabetic constipation.
