凉血清热、解毒化瘀法内外治结合治疗丹毒156例

目的观察凉血清热、解毒化瘀法内外治结合治疗丹毒的疗效。方法选取156例丹毒病例,给予凉血清热、解毒化瘀法内外治结合治疗,观察临床疗效、痊愈时间、中医证候积分。结果 156例临床总有效率达100.00%,痊愈率为90.38%;平均痊愈时间为(14.96±6.71)d;除紫癜外,各项中医证候积分治疗前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论凉血清热、解毒化瘀法内外治结合治疗丹毒,疗效良好。

Internal-external treatment combined cooling blood to clear heat and resolving toxin to transform stagnation methods for erysipelas:report of 156 cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of internal-external treatment combined cooling blood to clear heat and resolving toxin to transform stagnation methods in the treatment of erysipelas.Methods One hundred and fifty-six cases with erysipelas were treated by cooling blood to clear heat and resolving toxin to transform stagnation methods combined with internal-external treatment.The clinical efficacy,cure time and scores of symptom were observed.Results The total effective rate was 100.00%,and the cure rate was 90.38%;the average cure time was(14.96±6.71)days;the symptom scores were different significantly between before and after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Internal-external treatment combined cooling blood to clear heat and resolving toxin to transform stagnation methods have positive effect on erysipelas.
