痰热清注射液结合常规疗法治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将98例毛细支气管炎患者随机分为两组;对照组49例采用西医常规疗法,治疗组49例采用常规西医疗法结合痰热清注射液静脉滴注,疗程5～7天。结果治疗组总有效率为93.88%,对照组为81.63%;两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组发热、咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音等缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液治疗毛细支气管炎疗效确切。

Clinical observation on "Tanreqing Injection" and routine treatment for capillary bronchitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Tanreqing Injection" in the treatment of capillary bronchitis.Methods Ninety-eight cases were randomized into two groups: control group in which 49 cases were treated by western routine treatment,and treatment group in which 49 cases were treated by routine treatment and "Tanreqing Injection",with the course of 5-7 days.Results The overall effective rate was 93.88% in the treatment group and 81.63% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The relieving time of fever,cough,panting and rales was shorter in treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion "Tanreqing Injection" has positive effect on capillary bronchitis.
