| 摘 要： | 目的观察健脾解毒汤结合化疗对胃癌术后患者的影响。方法将69例胃癌术后患者按照队列研究分为两组;对照组32例采用单纯化疗治疗,观察组37例采用化疗药物结合健脾解毒汤治疗。观察两组中医证候疗效、生存质量、复发和毒副反应情况。结果中医证候疗效、生存质量、毒副反应的改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组复发率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论健脾解毒汤联合化疗可提高胃癌术后患者中医证候疗效和生存质量,减轻化疗毒副反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of "Jianpi Jiedu Decoction" and chemotherapy on patients undergoing stomach carcinoma surgery.Methods Sixty-nine cases were divided into two groups according to cohort study: control group in which 32 cases were treated by chemotherapy,and observation group in which 37 cases were treated by chemotherapy and "Jianpi Jiedu Decoction".The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,quality of life(QOL),recurrence and adverse effect were detected.Results The improvement of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,QOL and adverse effect were better in observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion "Jianpi Jiedu Decoction" combining chemotherapy can improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and QOL,alleviate the adverse effect. |
