甲亢平消汤联合小剂量他巴唑治疗格雷夫斯病临床观察

目的观察甲亢平消汤联合小剂量他巴唑治疗格雷夫斯病的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法将80例格雷夫斯病患者随机分为两组(各40例),治疗组给予甲亢平消汤联合小剂量他巴唑片治疗,对照组给予常规剂量他巴唑片治疗,疗程均为3个月。治疗后观察疗效及血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)和高灵敏促甲状腺素(hTSH)等指标变化。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率为84.62%;两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清FT3及FT4均明显下降,血清hTSH明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲亢平消汤联合小剂量他巴唑治疗格雷夫斯病有较好的临床疗效,并可减少他巴唑用量。

Clinical observation on combination of "Jiakang Pingxiao Decoction" with small dose of tapazole in treating Graves disease

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Jiakang Pingxiao Decoction" with small dose of tapazole in treating Graves disease and to explore its mechanism.Methods Eighty patients with Graves disease were randomized into treatment group and control group.Forty cases in treatment group were administered with "Jiakang Pingxiao Decoction" and small dose of tapazole.Forty cases in control group were administered with routine dose of tapazole,with a course of 3 months.The clinical efficacy,FT3,FT4 and hTSH were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 95.00% and 84.62% respectively,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,FT3 and FT4 were decreased and hTSH was increased in both groups(P<0.01),without significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion "Jiakang Pingxiao Decoction" combined with small dose of tapazole is quite effective for Graves disease,and can reduce the dose of tapazole during treatment.
