恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗乙肝肝硬化临床观察

目的观察恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗乙肝肝硬化的临床疗效。方法将58例乙肝肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组(29例)和对照组(29例);治疗组给予恩替卡韦片联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗,对照组仅用恩替卡韦治疗,疗程1年。结果治疗组总有效率为93.1%,对照组为68.9%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后肝功能、肝纤维化指标及脾门厚度均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗乙肝肝硬化,可显著改善患者的临床症状及肝纤维化指标。

Clinical observation on combined entecavir with "Fuzheng Huayu Capsule" for hepatitis B liver cirrhosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of entecavir and "Fuzheng Huayu Capsule" in the treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis.Methods Fifty-eight subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 29 cases were treated with combined entecavir with "Fuzheng Huayu Capsule",and control group in which 29 cases were treated with entecavir only,with a course of one year.Results The total effective rate was 93.1% in treatment group and was 68.9% in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the laboratory parameters of liver function and hepatic fibrosis were improved in both groups(P<0.05),with more significant improvement in treatment group than in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Combined entecavir with "Fuzheng Huayu Capsule" is quite effective for hepatitis B liver cirrhosis.
