茵栀黄口服液治疗母乳性黄疸临床观察

目的观察茵栀黄口服液治疗母乳性黄疸的临床疗效。方法将178例母乳性黄疸患儿随机分为治疗组(92例)和对照组(86例);治疗组给予茵栀黄口服液治疗,对照组给予蓝光光疗,疗程7天。结果治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清胆红素明显下降(P<0.01),对照组下降不明显(P>0.01);且治疗组血清胆红素下降较对照组显著(P<0.01)。结论茵栀黄口服液治疗母乳性黄疸的临床疗效确切。

Clinical observation of "Yinzhihuang Liquid" in treating breast milk jaundice

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Yinzhihuang Liquid" in treating breast milk jaundice.Methods One hundred and seventy-eight subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 92 cases were treated with "Yinzhihuang Liquid" and control group in which 86 cases were treated by blue light therapy,with a course of 7 days.Results The clinical efficacy was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum bilirubin decreased significantly in the treatment group(P<0.01),and insignificantly in the control group(P>0.05),with a significant decrease in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion "Yinzhihuang Liquid" is quite effective for breast milk jaundice.
