持续硬膜外麻醉下行腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床分析

目的探讨持续硬膜外麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析本院2000年1月至2007年12月采用持续硬膜外麻醉的3712例LC患者的临床资料。结果本组ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级的3618例患者均手术顺利,无麻醉并发症及麻醉引起的并发症发生;ASAⅢ级的94例患者2例肌肉松弛效果不好,2例出现严重低血压而改为全麻。3712例患者术中发生并发症3例,术后发生并发症8例,经治疗均恢复良好,治愈出院。结论持续硬膜外麻醉可安全应用于ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级的LC患者,且经济可行。

Analysis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the continued epidural anesthesia

Objective To discuss the application effect of the continued epidural anesthesia during LC. Methods The retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 3712 patients with LC in the continued epidural anesthesia from January 2000 to December 2007 in our hospital. Results All 3618 patients with ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ level had successful surgery without anesthesia complications and complications resulting from anesthesia. In 94 patients with ASA Ⅲ level, muscle relaxant effect of 2 cases was not good, 2 cases showed severe low blood pressure instead of general anesthesia. In 3712 patients, 3 cases occurred complications in intraoperative, 8 cases occurred complications in postoperative, both recovered well after treatment, patients discharged. Conclusion Continued epidural anesthesia can be secure applied to LC patients with ASA Ⅰ -Ⅱ level and economically feasible.
