| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径在前列腺增生症（BPH）患者术后护理中的应用。方法将住院手术治疗的130例前列腺增生症患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组65例。对照组采用传统护理教育方法，观察组采用临床护理路径模式。比较两组满意度、治疗依从性、并发症及住院时间。结果观察组患者的住院天数、满意度、治疗依从性及并发症发生情况与对照组患者比较，两组之间有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论临床护理路径对前列腺增生症患者经尿道前列腺电切术后的康复有着积极的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing path in the care of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 130 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group, 65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional nursing education and the observation group with clinical care path mode. Results Days in hospital for observation group, satisfaction, treatment adherence and occurrence of complications were compared with that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Clinical care path is positive clinical significance in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral postoperative rehabilitation. |
