整形美容外科技术在颜面部皮肤软组织创伤修复中的应用

目的：探讨整形美容外科技术修复颜面部软组织创伤的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2005年7月至2013年7月应用整形美容外科技术治疗颜面部软组织创伤125例患者的临床资料。结果：本组125例中，伤口I期甲级愈合124例，5天再次清创后伤口愈合1例。术后6个月，瘢痕呈暗红色线形，1年后瘢痕基本消褪，接近正常皮肤。结论：应用整形美容外科技术修复颜面部皮肤软组织创伤可明显减少外伤后畸形及瘢痕。

The Application of Cosmetic Plastic Surgery in Repairing Facial Skin and Soft Tissue Wound

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of plastic surgical technique repairing facial soft tissue wound. Methods： The clinical data of 125 patients with facial soft tissue trauma treated by the technique of plastic surgery were analyzed retrospectively from Jul 2005 to Jul 2013. Results： Among the 125 cases, the wounds of 124 cases were healed at the first stage and wound healing of 1 case after debridement 5 days again. 6 months after surgery, the scar was dark red line; 1 year after surgery, the basic fade scar was close to normal skin. Conclusion： The application of cosmetic plastic surgery repair of facial skin and soft tissue trauma can significantly reduce traumatic deformity and scar.
