丙泊酚对ICU短期机械通气患者的镇静效果

目的 探讨丙泊酚对ICU短期（≤3天）机械通气患者的镇静作用.方法 将60例短期（≤3天）机械通气患者随机分为丙泊酚组及咪达唑仑组,除镇静药物不同外,其余治疗根据患者病情具体决定,比较二者的镇静效果.结果 丙泊酚组及咪达唑仑组在镇静深度方面差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,丙泊酚在起效时间、达到满意镇静深度时间、苏醒时间方面优于咪达唑仑,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 丙泊酚在起效时间、达到满意镇静深度时间、苏醒时间等三个方面均优于咪达唑仑,但二者在镇静深度方面没有差异.

Clinical observation of propofol in ICU short-term sedative in patients with mechanical ventilation

Objective To explore the effect of propofol in short-term （≤3 days） sedation in mechanically ventilated patients.Methods 60 sufferers （≤3 days） sedation in mechanically ventilated patients were randomly divided into propofol group and midazolam group.Two groups effect in conscious-sedation were observed.Results There were no statistical significant difference between propofol group and midazolam group in conscious-sedation effectiveness （P〉0.05）.There was statistical significance in the onset time and satisfactory sedation time and recovery time（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Propofol surpass to midazolam in the onset time and satisfactory sedation time and recovery time.But two group have the same conscious-sedation effectiveness.
