| 摘 要： | 糖尿病发病率呈逐年增加趋势，其常见并发症一糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy, DPN）是主要致残，影响生活质量的主要因素之一，是部分患者就诊的主要原因。近年来，随着对糖尿病并发症的重视和诊断技术的发展，人们对糖尿病周围神经病变越来越重视。
