| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨妊娠高血压综合（PIHS）患者的血压、病情严重程度、蛋白尿与视网膜病变的关系。方法：对180例妊娠高血压综合征患者进行眼底检查，将眼底检查结果与患者血压、病情严重程度、蛋白尿进行比较分析。结果：视网膜病变的发生率和严重程度与妊娠高血压综合征血压、病情、蛋白尿成正相关（P〈0．05）。结论：眼底检查可为PIHS的诊断、处理及预后判断提供重要参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the relationship among patients with hypertension, pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome （PIHS）, proteinuria and degree of retinopathy. Methods： The fundus of 180 patients with PIHS were observed and the relationship among PIHS, hypertension, proteinuria and degree of retinopathy were analyzed. Results： The degree of retinopathy was positively related with the degree of PIHS, hypertension and proteinuria （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Eye fundus examination plays a very significant role in the diagnosis, treatment and the prognosis evaluation of PIHS. |
